Orders
All confirmed orders will receive a formal sales order via email
For purchase of customized favors, minimum order quantity of 20 sets/units per item is required
Delivery Charge
A flat fee of S$15.00 per trip / location applies
Additional S$10.00 per trip applies for deliveries to Sentosa, Changi, Jurong (beyond Boon Lay)
Self Collection
For collection of customized favors only, self-collection may be arranged, please call or email to enquire :)
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable upon order confirmation
Balance to be paid upon delivery of items
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your confirmed orders prior to collection date, we will be happy to refund your deposit in an equivalent value of favors, that may or may not have custom prints (delivery charges will apply)
There will be strictly no cash refunds
